Zorki 1 Tripod mounting.

Hi again.

Need help with Zorki compatible tripods. Looks like the mount is not the same as in my Olympus digi, so I need to buy another 'pod. I don't intend to spend too much euro-money on one though... So something basic, but workable would do just fine!

Please give some recommendations, links, short reviews, anything that concerns the issue.

A simple 3/8ths to 1/4 adaptor should do the trick .

Lots of the old cameras in UK already have adopters as the contential standard pre WWII was the large thread, so buy an old folder from stall market/fair get two adopters free, - the folders normally have two sockets.

A shop selling Ru telescopes will probably have new adopters in stock.

Heheheh Noel, illiterate postmen aren't all that uncommon here either. Actually, I think one or three of my workmates are like that, judging by the sheer amount of mistakes they make. 😛
