The Zorki 1 is a nice Barnack-Leica copy and the Zorki 4 is a Zorki 4.

Have a look at the sticky thread on selecting an FSU - at the top of this sub-forum. The two are quite different cameras! The Zorki 4 has more speeds, it's physically bigger and has a bigger, brighter, combined VF/RF window and has flash-sync, a self-timer and a removable back for easier film loading.

As for which is better, that depends on personal taste and what you want from a camera.
