Twas out shooting with the Zorki 2c this evening & not really that cold outside but the shutter started acting up. Brought it home & after removing the film, tripping the shutter it finally cleared up but I have noticed for a while the film winding knob while winding film felt a bit rough.
Found Alfreds Camera Page showing how to remove the top and the casing on a Zorki S but my 2c has the self timer where as the one pictured http://cameras.alfredklomp.com/zorkis/repair2/index.htm doesn't.
What do I need to do to remove the case with the self timer. Will I have to remove the lens ring? Hope not. I also suspect to find bits of film in there because in past some has fallen out.
So just going to tackle this thing & be done with it.

Common thing, lubrication on shutter springs inside of the two rollers. To get them cleaned and lubricated you will need to do all of this: https://youtu.be/ZXGO8Nz-0yw

I'm always turning audio off.
This one might be easier:

page 93 for parts diagram.
Case is 20. On page 94 it is saying to remove holding screws (I guess, four on the case, three on top plate), take off lens mount and parts 1 and 2 (selftimer).

I'm a visual person myself. I learn better by seeing than trying to read most times. Thanks for this instruction.
I'm thinking I might try another roll of film before I take anything off. I have an ablong to cut the film leader but when I took the film out there were chips in the film & a couple of small pieces of film came out. Been a while since I loaded this camera so I might of screwed up along the way. Now it is working fine at all speeds.
