I got myself a Zorki 3 off of an auction site and it has some issues. I have been unable to find any threads discussing Zorki 3 repairs or maintenance, so thought I would post this here to see if anyone has had similar problems.
1)The camera's shutter opens and closes on most main-dial-speeds except for 1/1000 (both seem to move without leaving a gap). On the other speeds both curtains open and close correctly (I don't know if the speeds are accurate though).
2) The slow shutter speed dial seems to work sometimes, but not always. The first time I cock and release the shutter the slow speed set seems to be accurate but the second time it seems to fire at a fixed speed of around 1/25 (even when set to 1, 1/2, 1/5, etc.).
3) The rangefinder is not correct (can it be adjusted the same way as early feds and zorkis?)
I would like to attempt the repairs and adjustments myself where possible and I'm interested in learning. I would be grateful for any experience you would be willing to share or if you know of any sites covering such repairs or which have the zorki 3 manual.

No idea about repairs as I have never attempted such things on a camera, there are folks on this site that have the skills and knowledge so I hope they will be along soon.

Sorry, meant to type maintenance or repair manual. I have a few old soviet cameras and would like to learn to make as many repairs and adjustments as I can myself. There seems to be very little information about repairing the zorki 3 compared to the Feds or other models of zorki.
