I would love to have it, but suspect that shipping over here to the U.S. would cost more than buying a working body in the states. It's a generous offer to us tinkerers however!

I have a half Z4 body lying here that could make some good use of spare parts. What would be the shipping costs?

The trouble with Zorkis is that anyone with more than a passing interest in them has more than one waiting for restorative work.

Well that's insulting and entirely untrue and...oh...wait...

Still that's better than putting it on ebay with a spiel along the lines of "I know nothing about cameras" as a lot do.

Thank you very much, but go ahead and send it to Ron in the Netherlands. Since you're sending it off for free, it will cost you less than sending it to me, and will hopefully get one more Z4 back on the road. Both of my Z4's are actually working, albeit one without slow speeds currently. It's quite a generous offer you've made.

If Ron doesn't take it, I would love to try my hand at repair and shooting with it.

I just reread your original post amd realized you were in the UK. Shipping would be ridiculous to the US.
