When I owned a Summaron 35/3.5, the rangefinder coupling did not work for close focusing with the my Zorki. I guess it was because of the shape of the rangefinder tab which is different from Leica's. Did you encountered such trouble?

When I owned a Summaron 35/3.5, the rangefinder coupling did not work for close focusing with the my Zorki. I guess it was because of the shape of the rangefinder tab which is different from Leica's. Did you encountered such trouble?

At the moment I have a 35/2.5 S Nikkor mounted on my Zorki Ig. The cut out for cam follower on the lens matches rangefinder cam only when when screwed in all the way in, and then a little more. Otherwise, rangefinder stops moving at about 6 feet.
