I just took the new SL66 to Valley Forge Park over the weekend and shot a roll and a half. When I developed the roll I noticed some odd streaking which I can't account for. I used a new developer, DiXactol, recommended by a friend. I have these white streaks throughout the image. I'm sure someone out there knows whats going on. I used Tri-X 320 Pro, which I realize isn't optimized for the outdoors, but was handy. The DiXactol is a staining developer. One develops, stops and fixes as one would do normally. After fixing, though, one rinses and pours the DiXactol back in to the tank for an additional short amount of time. All seemed to go swimmingly, but after finishing I noticed white streaks throughout all the images. I did use the tank I normally use with Diafine and DDX. I've never had this type problem before. Could this be chemical contamination. Here are the images.

The random shapes of the "streaks" suggest dust and lint. Did you dry the film in a way different from your usual? Also, assuming that these are scanned negatives, you might check if your scanner is clean.
