Leica M body disassembly, painting, ...

Nice looking soft-touch shutter button. Does anyone know much about this button and can say what it is like, I'm looking for one and don't know too much about them. Thanks, Bob.
 
rlouzan, thanks for the links to random softreleases. Ginichi looks interesting and quite small compared to ones from Luigi which I have.

I saw one tiny but with larger diameter red colored on a M body somewhere in a picture. Does anyone knows of it? I say it is quite tiny almost like Ginichi. Maybe it is the same?
