Could this be a prelude to new R/F Bessas or Bessaflex SLR
note top speed is 1/4000.

Here is the english verson. Notice the first 2 are Nikon mount. One has shutter speed of 2000. The other @ 4000. The other two are pentax k mount & contax mount @ 2000. I wonder why the one camera @ 4000?

Can't say I'm crazy about the name.
Those bodies resemble the Nikon FM/FE-series cameras in
appearance.
The Y/C mount seems an odd choice. Or, maybe it's more
popular in Japan?

This body came out a few months ago as a black limited edition - no Kenko name and some other details which made it look even more like FM family.
Would be good basis for upgraded rfdrs but even more for a 'stripped-down' digital (maybe film first) SLR in a variety of mounts - for all those boomers and others with favourite lens collections - I suggest in Oly, FD, MD, Konica, M42, C/Y in limited editions to control costs and ongoing in Nikon and Pentax bayonet manual focus.
I'd buy 2 bodies straight away for my Pentax and Konica lens collections.

This camera has been out for a while now (over a year). It was discussed back in July last year in this thread (link).
They certainly look and feel very Cosina-like.

The Kenko-SLRs (made by Cosina) are at least one year on market. As a Contax SLR user I remember there was a "offical" notice by Carl Zeiss which drew attention on the fact that a "new" camera with Contax mount was available. So in my eyes it is no forecast for a new Voigtländer SLRother two are pentax k mount & contax mount @ 2000. I wonder why the one camera @ 4000?
The 1/2000 models are the Cosina standard SLR, which are were former available with different mounts (Cosina was a OEM manufacturer for many brands). Eg. the Contax/Yashica mount SLR seems to be very very similar to the former Yashica FX-3 super 2000.

Useful specs, and probably nice for someone who a lot of MF lenses in said mounts.
But with FM's en FE's going for buttons, and not unimportantly, ther tendency to outlive people (I'm pretty sure mine will), what's really the point?

This is doing nothing to help my Nikon Fe2 obsession. It's not like I need another camera, and especially a whole new mount, but there's something about them....

I have a Nikon FM3a. I'll stick with that. No GAS here.

EV5 to EV17?
I saw that too. Not very dark is that? I don't havemy EV to exposure (Tv,Av) chart handy, but I thought most camera were 1 or even -1?
Why not buy an FM2n or aren't there new in the box FEM3 (what are they called?)?
MEchanical shutter, nice.
What I want is one called "No Plastic Parts"n.
Pentaprism material?

The better looking Nikon fit version (black, without Kenko name and with vulcanite type cover) is on Japanese www.mapcamera.com site.

I own several FM/FE series cameras and I love them and they
have accessories like motors and such available for them
so I can't see buying one of these Cosinas. I just picked up
another FM this weekend in near mint condition with 50/1.4 AI
for $50 at a swap meet.
But, I'm very glad someone is making them and buyers are buying
them.

...
My Fujica ST 901's meter was EV -3 to 18, which was 20 seconds at f/1.4 to 1/1000 at f/16 with ASA 25 film. EV 5 to 17 has to be a mistake, or a different ISO or something.

That's the first thing I thought...this seems like a silly thing to release.
