So I'm stopping in Japan for a week on my way to Taiwan. Just curious, given all the experts here, what strange/interesting/rare/fun Japanese-market photo toys I should keep an eye out for: rare RF lenses, unusual cameras, etc.
I don't *need* anything specific, naturally, so it's really just an open-ended question...

Congrets on your upcomming exhibition at Elite Book Forum in Taipei.
City of Torrance near you, in CA. , inside the Mitsuwa Market is a Sanseido Book Store, where you can buy a copy of either Nippon or Asahi Photo Journal, and find in it lots of info you need. In Shinjuku, Tokyo alone, you can spend 7 days visiting camera stores.
Fuji advertise Klasse W for Y$95,000, pricy, but interesting in this digital era. I have the XTi, I'll buy the Xsi, or the Zuiko 12-60mm 2.8-4., Or the 21mm 3.2 Pentax, if I can get a good price from Map Camera in Shinjuku.
Hope Canon has an answer to D700, a 6D, w 500g body weight, minus 140mm wide, street price $1,000 by the time you arrived in Narida or Kansei Airport.
YOKOGI Arao has a new photo book, "Snapshot", I like his stuff a lot. You can find it in the newly remodeled Map or Kinokunia, Asahiya or Sanseido in Tokyo.
Have a good trip.
