Leica under xmas Tree

I got a Leica M3 DS from my good friend Erik for Christmas and could not be more happy about it, i have used the holiday cleaning and removing crusty vulcanite and are now waiting for a new cover from Aki, the M3 seems very nice indeed for a 52 year old camera...

Family treated me to a R3M and I dipped into my savings and purchased a Nokton 50/1.5 to accompany it.

Still working on my first roll. I've never used film before so I am really really excited!

My wonderful girlfriend found me a IIIc with a 35mm f/3.5 Elmar for Christmas... It's such a beautiful camera. Unfortunately, the first roll showed that the shutter was capping severely, so Youxin Ye currently has it. He's been a really great guy to work with, and from everything I hear, the Leica should work like a dream when I get it back. I'm pretty excited.
