Nokton f1.2 first photos... that thing is amazing!!

Bought a Nokton f1.2 a couple weeks ago and had the chance to shoot some frames last week...

that piece is truly amazing... sharp, beautiful bokeh and very well made!! of course it's quite big and heavy... but hey, a Noctilux is the "same" size and costs 5times more... :bang:

please let me know if my feeling is right, that this lens is quite contrasty compared to a pre asph. summilux...

I love mine, it's on my M8 when I'm not pocketing the camera. Otherwise I take the CV 35mm f/2.5. I love it on my R4M too... 🙂

Yes, It takes me not much more time to do wet prints than to scan negatives properly... and the results are completely different...

Yeah. I love that lens. My favorite lenses tend to be those that do stuff others can't. I don't care about wieght. I don't care about VF blockage. This lens is just such a performer.

It helps that you are a good photographer.
Is it hard to focus with? I'm guessin yes.
I'm used to F/2.0 using a 0.58 viewfinder it might be tough... too tough you think?
