HU: Black Leicavit going cheap on eBay

Al, this is Leica's copy of my Rapidwinder. It only works in the M4-2 and later versions. Leica copied VC Rapidwinder on the lever lock (bad idea as it keeps flopping around) and my internals. Not a bad winder, but very complex and, though it works well, I find it a bit flimsy.
 
This one won't go cheap...i bet...especially you posted it here.
I have been checking leicavit for some time and the same exact thing happened to the last two auctions.
I haven't seen any used Tom's rapidwinder for sale though...it explains A LOT(either being collected or well used,loved by owners). I wish I have the cash to afford a brand new one.
 
One hour left and still less than $300. Not as nice as a Rapidwinder but if you can pick it up for less than $400 it is a good deal.
 
Hm .... I now use two of TomA's Rapidwinder (one type for my M4-P and a different one for my M2) and think it can't be any better than TomA's design. :)
 
It's amazing how the free market sets prices sometimes. About 2 months ago i purchased a new Leicavit in the box and all on Ebay for almost the same price except that it was not black paint.
Its OK but I much prefer the Motor M's.-Dick
