Almost positive that it is. You can see the photoshopping on the VF, they blacked out the separation.

Yes, the camera is still in my hand the seller hasn't accepted the return so far, ebay will give him 5 days to issue a return postage to me, otherwise I'll get immediately refund from ebay. Don't place any bid on this camera, it's defect and will cost at least £250 to fix.

Final price was EUR966.00 (USD 1084).
308 bids(!!!) and 19 bidders.
For me that many bids and bidders indicates either amateur hour bidders who have no idea how eBay actions work or (more nefariously) bots or shills bidding up the price.
Last week I sent the seller a PM asking for photos of the viewfinder and through the viewfinder. He promised me to get them that evening but, of course, it never happened.

I'm pretty sure the buyer will return it very soon, nobody will pay EUR966 for such an obvious defect.
