absolutely beautiful shot!

Hi Steve,

Better go buy another. :)
Wash away those regrets!

LOL! You may be right, but I don't use 35 enough to justify owning three of them (I've also got a Canon 35/2.8). And I "replaced" my Skopar 35 w/ a Rokkor-M 40, which I'm pretty happy w/. But one of these days...

I have the LTM Classic version and it is a delightful little lens. Although I now use my Nokton 35/1.2 as my standard 35mm lens, I still cannot bring myself to sell it.

Can't seem to find any scans of negatives from this at the moment.

The CV Color-Skopar 35/2.5 C with the Beesa R or R2, makes a handy little kit.

I've posted this one before somewhere, but it came from my first roll through my m6 and CV PII and I have enjoyed it (both the shot and the lens):

I just got one of these , i still need to develop the roll. I cant wait to see the results , im glad i got this lense of the 40/1.4

I have a hard time with 35mm focal length

I have a hard time with 35mm focal length

So I don't often use the CV 35 f/2.5... but, here's a few

I had one for awhile. It was a great little lens that I'm thinking of buying again to go with my 35 1.2. Super sharp, and I agree about it being perhaps better with color than b&w, but there's some great b&w shots in this thread.

Well, I got back from vacation (Las Vegas) and developed my first few rolls of film ever!

I had the Bessa R and 35/2.5 with me.

I'm very happy with the results - so I'm sharing some of the photos with you.

All developed in diafine. I used arista premium 400 (tri-x) exposed at 1250.

First are some photos from newark airport - I was bored because our flight was delayed.

My lovely girlfriend. We were at the baggage claim in the Vegas airport here.

I'd post more photos but I used up my flickr upload limit for the month. Sigh.

Well, I posted a bunch. Guess its okay if I spam my own thread, right?

Hope you enjoy the photos!

These Ektar shots do have a real MF feel to them, excellent tonality - something I see with all of the photos posted with that film. How do they look printed, grainwise?

going to try this Ektar stuff soon (sorry didn't wanted to hijack the thread:D)

Roger-

Thanks. I dont have a print of that bobcat photo, but I have prints of several of the other ektar photos. The grain is very very fine.

I am happy to send you a full size jpeg or tiff file of the bobcat photo or one of the others if you want. That way you can do a print for yourself.

Just send me a PM and let me know which you want, and if you want me to do any output sharpening on the file. The file would be sufficient for an 8x10 print at 300dpi.
