zorki4/4k hybrid possible?

I have a zorki 4 which is the nicest of my zorkis, and I have a 4k which is working but has issues. I love the viewfinder and rangefinder of the 4, as well as the shutter seems better and it has strap lugs. Would it be possible/ easy to replace the knob wind with the crank wind from the 4k? or would it require some tedious dissasembly of the entire winding mechanism?

It would be fairly easy to swap the bodyshells so that you get a 4K with strap lugs. The VF/RF should be identical so there's not much to gain but they could be swapped easily enough. Why not just sort the problems, it's likely to mean less work! It's not possible to swap the winder mechanisms over, they are quite different.

Answers my question. The VF/rf on the 4k is dull and the rf is not as easy to see as on my 4. Once I get the top plate off, I might see why, that is I hope. I have been studying the how to in the sticky above. That is really great to have such a resource available, thank you guys who did that.
