New York NYC Holiday Meet Up?

Now that I'm back in the Apple I thought it would be great to have a RFF meet up for drinks sometime before the end of the month. Who's interested?

Update: Looks like we will be at Loreley, located at 7 Rivington Street (between Bowery & Chrystie) New York, NY 10002 for some good German Beer (and food if you want) on Wednesday the 23rd of December at 6:30. Be there if you can...

That works for me. The date is an excellent choice, since 22nd is my birthday which thereby exempts everyone from bringing gifts of Summiluxes that would otherwise be required. 😉

Is the place 21+? I am flying into NY on the 23rd, will be there at approx 11AM or so.

I think all bars here are 21 +, doesn't mean they card at the door though.. getting a drink is a different story.. By what Ive seen, most places only card to get in if its Friday, or a weekend. If your around anyway. why not try..

I agree with finguanzo. While it might be 21+, I doubt they will card at the door on a Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. You probably won't be able to get a beer (probably), but I doubt you'll have a problem coming in with us. Then again, I haven't been to this place before.
