Erik, sorry I can only find one photo series shot entirely with either a Contax G1 or G2. I shoot both so I cannot tell one from another but I predominantly shoot with the G1.
Ground Zero blues Club...as very nice " in the moment" shot. I like to watching or shooting Jazz as they are "making" the music. A much more personal observation of the artist at work. Well done.
When I got the G1 it was just the least-expensive means to use the great 21mm Biogon. The first two shots below, burnt mattress and draped fabrics, were taken with that combination. It didn't take long for me to "need" another lens; the next two photos, the coiled cable and the rancher, use the 28mm Biogon.
The camera had been giving blank/unexposed exposures on each roll. When I sent it back to KEH, I was pleased enough with the concept that I asked for a G2 to replace it. So my G1 experience was brief, only 8 rolls.
