Thanks for posting this. I've never really paid much attention to Nikons, as I started out with photography using my dad's Olympus OM-10, moved up to an OM-4, then got into Canon's for a while before moving into rangefinders. I sold my Canon gear and just kept the OM stuff for when I wanted a film SLR. Lately I've been thinking about moving towards a mechanical SLR, and while there are some OM options out there, the only one I'm really interested in is the OM-3, which can get kind of expensive. The FM3a seems to go for around the same price, but offers many more features (minus the incredible multi-spot metering, unfortunately).
I have been toying with the idea of selling my OM-4 and just keeping the OM-10 for nostalgia's sake, and this review might have put me over the edge into the Nikon camp, and it would also solve my problem in the other thread I started in here about finding a way to use the CV Ultron 40mm on my OM.
