I can see past the missing vulcanite but I do wonder how much rust it must have internally.

Like I said, that's not what worries me. Look at the rusty screws and now imagine what the inside looks like.

Get it CLA'd and use as-is, no cosmetic make-over...

Lets put it this way I got the camera knowing it need to overhauled and got a 50mm F:2 summar with it and a 85mm Culminar 1:2.8 VL it came with Leica front and rear Caps I got all three for under 190.00 dollars which works out to about $64.00 each : But the question will be what will the over haul going to run since I've seen those rusted screws ? No internal rust showing when you open the bottom to put film it !
