How much does a CLA of a Zeiss Planar cost?

I have a Zeiss ZM 50mm Planar, and it has some wobble and in dire need of a checkup since the focus ring is rather uneven and stiff. It is out of warranty, so I was just wondering if anyone had some experience in what such an out of warranty repair would cost if I send it to Zeiss in Germany?

i contacted zeiss usa for advice on getting my ZM 50/2 adjusted. was told by the very responsive mr schleuning that the cost would be $125-150. problem is that the turnaround will be two months 🙁

I would probably get it done by someone other than Zeiss, as I have heard anecdotal evidence of people getting smoother better lubed/weighted focus from elsewhere (DAG/Krauter etc).

The lens arrived back from Sherry Krauter today. She had it for about a week, and it feels wonderful. She did a full overhaul, and removed dust in the elements, lubricated the focus ring and fixed the wobble. Total cost: $95. I'm happy as can be, and can recommend her to anyone 🙂
