TM3200@1600+6 month XTOL

Thank you! The signifcance is possibly none, but saw a few threads in various places that XTOL after three months was to old and no good and bla bla. At least made two people see and ask in the thread!

If it is kept in a full bottle, Xtol lasts 6 months, according to Kodak. If the bottle has a lot of air in it, the lifespan drops to 2 months. If yours was outside these recommended ages, you got lucky. Given how CHEAP developers are, it is silly to take such risks. It costs more to buy a roll of film than the pack of Xtol did, and if yourfilm is ruined, you get to buy two rolls. One you messed up and another to reshoot the stuff...assuming you even can reshoot.

Found this out the hard way!

No, the 5l bottle as air in it, possibly still has 3 or 2,5 litres. Here XTOL is 13 euros. A new rols is possibly 4 to 5 euros, more if it is the expensive ones (talking of single cartiges, not bulk).
Possibly luck, yes!
