ROWI hotshoe rangefinder

I have been offered an old "Rowi" hotshoe rangefinder. There doesn't seem to be very much information on the internet about these. Can anyone give any estimate of their worth?

I've got one, I recall I paid about $15 for it at a flea market.

Probably made by Wata (who were the main accessory rangefinder OEM in Germany), very similar to the later, lesser (sourced out) Voigtländer one. These can frequently be found in bargain bins, so don't pay too much.
