weird shadow halo, artefacts, loss of contrast through two rolls, grain looks terrible...

I don't normally nail every shot, but I don't normally get 72 technical disasters!
M3, Canon 50 f1.8, Fujicolor 200. Have gotten much better results than this. A lot.

It looks like selective editing in PS done on the run. In order to get decent chromogenic negs, expose at half the box speed, this will also take care of the grain.

more yuk. yes the light switch is wonky, that's not the lab's fault.

they both look like they came from an iphone ap to me. They don't look like film at all.

I'm with Randy, if you had it scanned at the store get someone else who knows how to scan do one. I can show you much worse from my store scans.
