I was just searching e bay for film cassettes. I'm always on the lookout for IXMOO's.
I ran across four Canon V cassettes for the Canon 7 and 7s. Do an e bay search for "film cassettes".
I have no connection with the seller but thought someone here might want them.

Glad to hear you got them. I'm sorry they are so expensive but they will probably last longer than you or I. I almost got a Shirley Wellard cassette yesterday but lost out. Anybody here get it?
Enjoy,
Joe

Glad to see you got them. I only have six of the Magazine V's, so you may have passed me by now. (It's not a race, I won't be competing with you.)

How is the cassette comparing to IXMOO? I assume they are not interchangeable?

Similar to IXMOO.
These fit only Canon models with bottom-wind key (7, 7S, 7SZ, and late VT's and after).

Oh no. A new species of GAS... Canon Magazine V cassettes!
Oh, the HORROR!!!!!

Well, it's not really GAS in my opinion. It's "use bulk film without scratches" syndrome. I've had too many sad experiences with dirty felt traps, so my preference is to bulk load only for the Leica and Canon rangefinders. (But I'll do it in Pentax or Topcon sometimes with felt...)

Is there a summary which types of Canon film casettes exist and which Canon RF can use them?

Sorry, rapidily lost interest in your all your numerous purchases ......

There's only two types of Canon magazines. The original brown-toned brass ones, with two buttons on the end, fit all of the bottom-loaders. The Magazine V, which is black anodized aluminum with only one button on the end, fits V, VI, P, 7,and 7s.
