Ricoh GR1v: frame counter question.

Does the frame counter counts the frames remaining or shots taken on the Ricoh GR1v? Is it possible to invert this?

shots remaining. It unwinds the film, then winds it back into the canister as you shoot.

Is it possible to do double exposure with this camera?

Not sure, my LCD is broken. I can set the snap mode and that's about it.
