The thread title says,"real life..", but most of the responses seem to be from people with multiple cameras. ??? How many really only have 1 camera & lens?

I don't think it's a matter of having only one camera and lens. It's more, to me, a matter of what I choose to use..

If I could have only one camera and lens, at present any one of the options I listed would do.
