Its a late model SUMUS, a Summar in a non-rotating mount, without the f/2.9 tick mark for the antique Agfa color process. Summars have f/2.2 marked. Summitars and Summicrons don't. Also, Summitars have a deeper mount with a ~4mm wide knurled band.
