Great photos. I just bought a M6 and now am looking for some lenses. This one is on the wish list but due to the focus shift it is slightly down on the list

don't let the focus shift scare you off...it is easy to deal with.

I heard so many mixed messages that it did slightly scare me off.

The pictures on these pages put it pack in the running.

The Planer seems to be a valid option as well, since 50 mm is my prefered focul lenght I probably end up with both.

Me too! and compared to Leitz summiluxes, they are quite small. Still looking for a nice chromium one though, but the ones that are offered second hand are always black
