I planned it to be with my iPhone: Joe Patti's Seafood in Pensacola

Raid, I like your portrait of Frank Patti but I prefer the full tintype version. I think tintype is good when in the frame there are modern subjects which can date the photo. So no modern car or other today's objects.

Portraits are another field where it is good.
But not to be dependant on it it is a good idea to shoot also other cameras, like you said !

I use it a lot on the i.phone 11 pro, sometiems mono sometimes colour.

It is nice to have choices ;)

Heartwarming to see places on earth not yet under mask mandate and corona hysteria. Thanks for the pictures.

Thank you again for your feedback, Robert.

I agree with you that keeping modern objects out the images makes the Tintype versions more suitable.

Can you use Tintype in color? I don't know how to use any options in Tintype yet. Can you zoom in?

Raid, I think your Tintype shots are great. I've been using Hiptstamatic for probably 10+ years, but haven't tried Tintype. Just downloaded and will give it a go. Hipstamatic really know how to make an app that is both fun to use and give unique results. There is absolutely nothing wrong with using an app like this as an artistic choice, and you have used it well here.

You could always shoot some photos with your Leica, upload them to your phone, and edit them with Tintype. Would really like to see what you could do with that.
