Cienfuegos, Cuba - 2011: an old favorite. This young lady and her baby lived with her mother who also had a baby the same age. Their home was small, about 2 meters by 5 meters as neither had any employment. They lived off of social benefits but were happy.

Vinales, Cuba - 2011: women at maternity house where they live in later stages so they can rest and be assured of transportation to hospital when the need arises.

Playa de Estes Havana, Cuba - also 2011: family at the beach for the day. They encouraged me to climb under their umbrella as the sun was strong and I was very white.

I believe these 3 photos were made in the years that I was shooting with a 28mm Zeiss Biogon exclusively.
