I've been up to the Northeast part of Japan for a few days. A place called Akayu Onsen in Yamagata Prefecture.
Good food, great hot spring baths, a lot of walking around taking pictures.
This is a scene from today. Our walk from the hotel to the train station; it was time to go home.​

Hi Bill!

The last day (pictured above) was a bit rough. I was not fully prepared for the heavy snowfall but we survived. The two previous days were much better and a lot of fun.
