Cannot see the face, but barely a small spot of light on the forehead.

Anyway ignore what I said if the image is intended to be so dark. Can't see never mind, can always imagine.😊

Thank you, Raid. It is Dr. Willem Frederik Hermans, one of the most famous Dutch literary writers. In those years he lived in Paris. He was a Leica collector too. A very famous book by him is: "The Darkroom of Damocles". A Leica IIIa, nr. 256789 with Summar nr. 222456, plays an important role in the book.

an 'Entrpreneur' here in UK Dan Kerin bought up a warehouse of Film Camera gear but also loads of Cold Stored 400ft boxes of Ilford FP4 type 501 'Cine' film so he had to buy the correct cutting gear and cassettes and labels etc etc and to recoup his money he is selling the Film 36eps for £2-99 a cassette ! The film is GOOD and CHEEEEP ! I have tried it in a 2-bath formula and yesterday a clip test in 510-Pyro -- the development times are longer than 'Regular ' FP4+ and I found it gave only 50 ASA in 510-Pyro with my time for MY home-made batch of 10 mins 1:100 . I did a Clip test for the 2-bath and found 100ASA was OK with 4.5 Mins in each bath. I took some with my 1965 LEICA M2 in London. Brick Lane and negs were good with no Fog Level I could see --- I am testing it in ID11 and ID68 next. Here is his contact : www.analoguecameras.co.uk
