Great idea for a thread. I noticed this lens several years ago here when for a short time a young member posted wonderful photographs with it, mostly family scenes. Wish I could remember his name.

It is definately a great lens. The above picture is shot at f/4

Used several of the non-ai Nikkors and this was the one in the Sonnar variety that I thought was legit special. Just don't use the short teles very much.
