Hello everyone also need informations about Leotax.
I'm interested in these cameras for there large viewfinders.
I bought a T2L and a TV2 and the experience is the same for these 2: Large viewfinder with frame line, but the image through is dim has no contrast, colors are very mute
Inspection of the viewfinders with strong light, just show small dust (no hazy, nor fungus).
My expectations are not so high with Leotax viewfinder. I know what I may hope with viewfinder from this time. For example, my Kodak Retina Ib (1954-1957) has a smaller viewfinder with brightlines, but with better contrast and light than the one's in my Leotax.

Do all Leotax TV, TV2, T2L have as hazy and dim viewfinder than mines ?

I have two of these. In one the finder is quite good and the other, which is actually later is quite dim. However it was a pleasant surprise to find a barnack style camera with a brightline finder!
