What have you just BOUGHT?

That's not the point.
It's not about whether we need it. It's about whether we have it.
And in last case of doubt: He who dies with the most toys wins.
that's funny, because I was thinking - before I start "hearing the calling", should I have the downsizing plan or just leave my xls file with instructions how and where to sell it all. But then I decided - it's not something I should worry about in my life 🙂 For now my plan is to have more time for the darkroom printing when I retire.

You are right. - it's not something you should worry about during your life.
And don't wait until your retirement. You will not know how long you will live. I knew more tham one people who died shortly before or short after retirement.

I agree, and I don't postpone things, simply there is no enough time for everything. On the other hand, I plan to retire before the legal retirement age to have more time for other things in my life which I enjoy more than my job.

If you can afford it financially, then do it. Every day you don't have to work for money counts double.

An unknown (probably) British track bicycle from the interwar period. Probably 1920s, loaded with nickel plated hardware mostly Brampton and BSA, and fitted with wood sprints.

That's my brother's bike. At some point he restored it (30 years ago) but now it rests on the roof. He says he will restore it again in the future.

A nice bike, though the crank is missing. The chain is a case for the "Abstract"- thread, and the saddle looks a lil uncomfortable.

GAS is like Malaria- you never get completely rid of it.
I know that equation... Saw a Nikkor 300mm f/4.5 pre-AI in ultra-clean condition yesterday for US$70 and could not resist. I owned and enjoyed using one of those thirty-odd years ago... Another addition to my previously-referred-to-as-little plain prism Nikon F legacy kit. LOL!

It's up to 28/2, 50/1.2, 55/3.5 Micro, 105/2.5, 300/4.5, and 600/8 now. Sheesh. That's five lenses more than I went through all of high school and my first college career with...

Yikes! Add yet another one to the list ... a Nikkor 180mm f/2.8 ED in the original box with caps for about $150 was impossible to ignore.

And a Nikon F to Hasselblad XCD mount adapter means I will be able to fit and play with all these lovely old Nikkor lenses on my Hassy 907x/CFVII 50c as well now. 😀

I hope this wave of GAS is over. I'm running out of room in the closet... LOL!

I think you need a 24 and a 20

Just in with luck on my side: a rather cheap and dusty Hasselblad 500C from 1971 (transistion model, rare?); meaning it is basically a 500CM as it has interchangeable focus screens. Came with an A12 back and chrome T* coated 80mm Planar (also rare?).

Was sold as-is because of random lock-ups but fixed that after some work on the film back!

Great find! Now all you need is the crank advance knob 😉
