Hi Folks, is this on for this Saturday at 3pm? If so, where? I want to meet some of you. Thanks Jim.

just "some"? Well, we are a pretty sketchy bunch.

"some".

"some".

...ya know, I thought of that just when I hit the "Post" button. I want to meet all of you........no, really I do. The "Focusing Fluid" sounds great to me as well. Let me know if we are on. Thanks, Jim. ...and where is this place, i thought I knew Seattle pretty well. JWS.

Hey, I'm excited already.

And if any of y'all have a sewing machine kicking around your basement awaiting that fictional garage sale you keep putting off, shoot me a PM 'cause I might take it off your hands. 8)

Serious, BTW. I need to make curtains for my new place.

See you all on the ninth, unless something screwy happens to me.

I won't forget. I had the unfortunate luck of bunging up my knee, but it will have to be pretty sore to keep me from seeing you all on Saturday.

Had a great time! It was good to meet all of you. There was good conversation and some really nice prints. I am looking forword to doing this again. Thanks George!

It was great meeting everyone. I'm looking forward to doing it again. Next time I'll bring more prints.

One thing though. I have someone else's RF645. I think after we had the camera photo shoot, I was handed the wrong one. The one I have has the ISO set to 320 and has a couple shots on it. I also have a filter on my and this one doesn't. I took a couple shots on it before I realized that it wasn't mine. I'll develop the roll myself and hand off the other ones to the rightfull owner. I live in Seattle and would like to swap it back at some point.

Thanks

Mike

Great meeting. I am very happy that we had such a nice turnout. Even happier that we had so many new faces.

RF645s were strangly numerous. Bryce had some interesting pics - and a custom filter holder on his 15mm Super Heliar /Bessa camera. I'd post a graphic with everyone's cameras named, but I'll just list them:

and this is also in order around the table clockwise (first picture)

Jim Scolman : Chrome M...6?
PlummerL: M6 Classic + Contax G2
Biomed: Bessa R3A
Peter Klein: M6
Bryce: Bessa/15mm setup in the front of the pile + Fuji GA645SW
Shutterflower: RF645
MarkEDavison: RF645
Tetrisattack: M4-P
mlhell: RF645

Now, there are more cameras there than I listed, I think.

Print swap was nice - I got some very sweet shots from everyone.

Here are my pics - there are 9 total that I choose to upload. First is the group shot with cameras on the table. Second is Peter with viewfinder eyes. Third is Bryce (I'll let you introduce your genre, Bryce) with beer in foreground and brewery machinery in the background.

I had a great time. Great people, great photographs and great conversation. Hopefully, I will be putting up some shots tomorrow!

I'd like to thank everyone for attending the meeting. It was a pleasure to meet you all! It's been especially good of George organize the event.
I hope the gear mixup has been resolved!

Let me echo the previous comments--it was a great time all around. George, thanks for the organizing, the buttons, and for posting those pictures!

(. . . and now that you've shown me red-handed with my "crazy Swiss cow" picture, I really am afraid the Swiss will never let me in their country again) :D
