OK, let me see...

3 Rangefinders (2 w/ fixed lenses, 1 exchangeable - 2 lenses)
7 Viewfinder cams
2 Medium Format
8 SLRs (2 AF, 6 MF)

10 digital compact cams (1 MPix to 5 MPix)
1 DSLR (8 MPix)

and about 50 lenses...

...but hardly any expensive stuff!

Phew, I seem to fit in to the not-quite-as-insane-as-some "5-10"group. . .

1x Mamiya C3 (semi-working)
1 x FED 3b
1 x Zorki 4
1 x Zorki 1 (on the way)
2 x Contax 139 (slr)
1 x Konica BigMini (film p+s, tiny, good lens)
1 x Agfa Isolette (middle of rebuild)
1 x Minolta Dimage S304 (digital, old)
1 x Olympus Pen EE (1/2 frame)

It was still a surprise when I counted them up though . . .

Fuji GX680IIIs,
Bronica RF645,
Mamiya 645,
Leica IIIg,
Olympus OM-1n,
Canon TLb,
Rollei A110,
Leica Digilux,
Olympus 720SW.

I feel like such a slacker :(

I have been thinking about getting a 4x5 though!

Hey; does anyone have the M-Series family? M, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M8? That would be something to coo about.

Hmm. After recent weeding and sales to get my Bessa R & a couple of lenses, I think I'm in the low 10 - 20 range. Let's see:
Agfa Isolette III
1 4x5 Speed Graphic
2 2x3 Speed Graphic
Canon T-90
Canon AE-1 (was my mothers)
Canon FTBn
Olympus Stylus Epic (zoom version)
VC Bessa R w/ Canon 28/3.5, 35/1.8, 50/1.8, 85/2, 100/4 & 135/3.5,
ZI Contessa 35
ZI Ikoflex Ia

More than some, fewer than many around here. Almost all see pretty regular use, though, as that remains my primary criteria for keeping a camera.

OK keith, this poll made me stop and think. I have only been a victim of the wonderful RF virus for just over a year. I am already in double figures! I have gained a lot of satisfaction from learning about the technical and artistic challenges offered by rangefinder cameras and enjoy coming here for information and inspiration in support of my hobby. Over 6 months ago I bought a Yashica MG-1 and, to my surprise, have never used it. Thanks to this post, tomorrow it is going to New Zealand as a gift to a friend of mine. The one condition is that he uses it and shows me the results....er..If anyone has an MP or similar that they have not used in a while I now have some space ...come on, pay it forward!

Way too many! I am going to try to keep of how often I use each and get rid of the least used ones.

Mike

I did a massive cleanout last year, leaving only..
a Bessa-T
a Leica-M4
a Nikon-D50
a Nikon-F75
Oh, and to be fair, I've also got a defective Konica-Minolta G530 P&S that I use as a card reader..

Hm ... easy :)
M6
MP
R-D1s (which I don't use and maybe will sell)
FM F3HP (over there in Germany and not used since 6 years or so ....)

Oly810SW (not used for half an year or so but handy for macro at the laboratory)

-> makes 2 cams which I actually use :D

I put down 10 to 20. I have 3 SLRs, 3 digitals, a Pentax 90WR, Yashicamat 124G, Kodak Model 3A folder from the 191x era, and 7 rangefinders. The two working rangefinders are listed in my profile, the rest need light seals and maybe a CLA.

I am sure, but they won't admit to it:D :p

Now, I was very close to vote "Are you Kidding" and I may have over 100 cameras but I voted 50 to 100

I really lost count a while ago, anyway I don't consider all of them cameras!
Does a Kodak pony count as a camera?
How about a kodak 126 instamatic:D :D :D

Way too many cameras was my first thought. Obviously some of these are just packed away in bags somewhere ... but I can't get enough for them to make them worth selling. So, in order from what I'm currently using to what's stored away ...

Mamiya 7II
Mamiya RZ67 Pro II
Maxxum 7D
Maxxum 7 (film)
Graflex Crown Graphic 4x5
Olympus C-5050

"On the shelf"
Minolta SRT-200
Minolta X-7A
Minolta X-370
Minolta X-700
Yashicamat 124 Twin Lens (needs repair)
Maxxum 8000i
a couple of pinhole cameras
Samsung point-and-shoot
Old Kodak folder that uses 620 film

Wow ... 16 cameras and over half of them rarely used any more.

For work -

Nikon F5 (two of them)
Nikon D1X
Nikon D1H
Nikon D2Xs

For me -

Leica M6
Contax G1
Nikon FM2
Nikon F90x (two of these)
Nikon F801s
Mamiya 645
Fujifinepix E900 ( a much worse camera than I thought, but good enough for fun snaps when out on the lash)

Some of these never get used but its just not worth trying to sell some as it'll cost you more to package and send than you'll get for the camera.

at this moment (179 votes), the poll accounts for about 2700 of all the camera's in the world... there must be more hidden somewhere!

Vic
