$10 yard sale find

$10 thats my kind of price, I paid that or less for my OM40 OM20, OM10, F50 and F70, all but the F70 and OM10 came with a lens too. If it works then it can be used to make a good photograph anyhow and that is what matters.

I love yard sales.

I do too, but haven't seen a good bargain at one around here in years. When I was a kid, you could find really neat stuff cheap. I have a collection of really cool antique fishing reels and lures that I built as a kid going to garage sales and yard sales, and never paid much for any of them.

Now, you look at the sales where I live, and there's nothing but crap priced like its solid gold. I still stop and look, but rarely buy anything anymore.

You can thank the internet for telling everyone how much something may or may not be worth.

My best yard sale find was a 50¢ CDN near-mint copy of Time Out (Dave Brubeck) LP. Wrong forum? Sorry

Was it an original? though not as valuable as Blue Notes of the period; A friend of mine sold 3/4 doubles he had and bought a Pink Triangle with SME arm no small change for those:). The Jazz on vinyl sounded absolutely divine on that combo.
