Just got back to Miami from San Diego, via Atlanta. Had family along but on the way back to the airport, my wife saw the graffiti/wall painting along our route and we stopped just once so I could take some pictures of wall painting. From my trips to Atlanta, I get the impression that there is a lot of good graffiti and murals. Looks like the schedule for April 16 is full, but maybe graffiti hunting could be added to some future meeting.

You are right, there are some really nice graffiti exhibited throughout Atlanta and we have some RFF members who can direct you to those areas. In fact, there is no reason why we couldn't organize a photo shoot graffiti hunt for the morning crowd!

There are tons of graffiti spots along memorial drive by my house. I cna give directions. Not more than 10 minutes from park and maybe 15 from high museum.

It is just going to be me for the day including the BBQ. My spouse doesn't feel up to tramping around for that long of a day. So, I can go graffiti hunting with the others, too. I wonder if I could adapt one of those pull along golf carts to hold a bevy of cameras. Let's see, Contax G2 w/Ektar 100, Contax 137 MD w/Acros 100, and Fuji GS645zi w/Fomapan 100 or Acros. Throw in a monopod and folding hunting stool, liters of H20 and I'll make it a day. Gee..Get a black one, put a 2" red dot on it give it a German sounding name and sell it on RFF classifieds. I'm flying. Wait till I retire in a year, then I'll be able to make leisurely car trips, taking a lot of photos along the way.

Vero Beach is not that far...lots of photo ops along the way.😀 We can help you once you get in the metro area with carpools, etc. Just let us know.🙂
