22 days in Europe. 30 rolls. How much contrast?

You are going to make one roll of 35mm last a week?!

I think I have made this clear in the last posts that I think that these limitations are ludicrous, especially how drastically they have changed. As I said 20 rolls for 2 weeks is what I am bringing and there is no need to further complicate it.

I'm for fewer cameras and more film. Of course, I don't even know what 'fine arts' means. I never leave equipment in my room and not all locations have a safe. My limit is two cameras, usually a 35mm and medium format RF. I might take more cameras if I'm not moving around so much and I have secure storage.

Krzys, you clearly didn't read how much 120 I was bringing.

Hey, some interesting shots. Not the typical Euro-vacation stuff.

So please tell us, how did things work out with your choice of gear??? What did you learn? What will you do differently next time?

As others have said, this is really a personal preference thing. I do find that I shoot much more color on trips than at home, so I think you're not taking enough color. So; two bodies, one color, one BW. If it were me the color would be Porta 400NC. Leave the 120 at home, unless maybe its a pocket folder.

Thanks! :)

Both Mamiya and Rollei broke during the trip, and I was left with the camera that I'd had for longest — the Kiev.

I learnt that spare bodies are invaluable, even if they never get used.

If I were to do it again, I'd probably use a medium format RF, not an SLR. The reason I didn't do so this time was because I don't have an MFRF…
I'd also take more B&W film.

I found, contrary to what I'd expected, that most of the photos I chose to upload were B&W. I think that's because, whatever else I shoot, my main attraction is to people; colours don't matter as much to me.

Well, ten shots probably don't tell the whole story of your trip but what I see there says what was needed/used was 35mm film, a 35mm lens and a rangefinder body. All the other stuff you talked about doesn't appear to feature - yet.
