Frankly they are too expensive now. It was a great lens for $275, or even $350ish. For $600, I think you can get other 28s that are just as good if not better. Look around for a used Zeiss ZM or something.
Instead of $600 for the CV I would double down and get the Leica 28/2.8 ASPH. The used market at this time makes little sense. Stuff far over priced.
The Skopar 28 has enjoyed a reputation as being one of the best built of all the CV lenses. You seldom read complaints about it (I can't recall ever having read a complaint about its build quality), unlike other CV lenses which may exhibit QA/QC issues...
