Hi Xpan Users,

I am new here and excited to meet so many Xpan users. I have recently bought a 30mm/5.6 with the special viewfinder from 2nd hand market. But when I went back home and played around with the view finder, I found that I couldn't see clearly (I have no short sighted eyes). I read through the user guide and learnt that there should be a "Neutral Correction lens -1" supplied with the kit which I don't think I have one with it.

Since I didn't have a chance to see a new kit, is there anyone can tell me about this correction lens? is it a separated parts from the finder or was it already a neutral lense if there was no additional correction lense attached to it?

Many thanks.

Just registered. Choyin.

Welcome to RFF, Choyin! Congratulations on your new 30mm lens, which was surely even more horrendously expensive than the 28 Summicron I just got... Sorry to report I don't have an XPan or that finder, so have no useful info about the eyepiece correction lens. If nothing else, you might take the viewfinder to your friendly local dispensing optician and see what he can make up for you.
