Hi guys.
So, the inevitable finally happened. After multiple world trips, my TX-2 30mm viewfinder, that made the world look lovely, has gone.

I've had a search through a few threads here of others who faced a similar loss, without much luck in a reply.

Has anyone here found reasonable replacements for the viewfinder? Using my 17mm on my SLR body and then crossing my fingers works, but it's just not the same.. :bang:

Thanks in advance..

Use the 15mm Voigtlander viewfinder.

If the older plastic version mask off the top and bottom with approx 5mm tape. Not sure how much tape for the newer metal version.

But I normally approximate the view with whole of the internal viewfinder.

Thank you on both counts.

If you have the $$$, get the Zeiss 15mm. Despite my recent misgiving with their so called "Customer Support," it's a better finder (and more $$$) than the VC finder. I prefer it much over the Hassy/Fuji finder. Smaller and much much brighter.
