35 Lux ASPH grease on blades?

For a friend I am supposed to sell a 35 Lux ASPH. I noticed that on the aperture blades there seem to be little bits of grease or something (1). Also there are some tiny white marks inside (2).
Can anyone tell me what that is?
I am a bit hesitant to send it to Leica, since I don't know about the cost of repair/clean. Any guesses?
If anyone happens to know a skilled Leica technician in Southern Germany let me know.
