35 Nokton 1.4/Ultron/Skopar Rendering Comparison?

BLUF: I'm not thrilled how 35/1.4 Nokton renders. I'm not liking the old-school rendering and the low-ish contrast. How do Skopar and Ultron render compares to the Nokton?

You want the ultron. Nice and modern, and fast. The Skopar is great too!

never had/used a skopar, but i have an ultron and prefer it to the nokton.
the ultron is sharper and the bokeh is smoother. also, it's more resistant to flare - i never use the built in hood and it's fine.
