LOL... Indeed, it's got a really (ugh, sorry) "creamy bokeh" to it. Perhaps due to the differences between Japanese and German optical design, dunno. How I wish the 50 shared that (but I'm discovering it's not as bad as it's made out to be 98% of the time)...
I would love to get a Summilux at some point as well. If for nothing else, than to compare and work with both and then decide. I'm sure I'll end up with a Summilux eventually (35 or 50)... The thing is, I don't know of any Summilux you can buy, new or used - for ~$800! But as you point out, the character of both are quite different, leaving room for both (like I need more lenses).
