35RD Shutter spped splinr Removal

Tried in the repair forum.
No joy.
Anyone stripped the shutter/Aperture from an RD?
Cant get the splined shaft out!

It did up to the point where Henry tells us how difficult it is to get the spline out!
Or impossible in my case!
Looking like an Ebay parts camera at the moment.
Shame as it is a nice Camera.

May have another go at it next week.
If you go any deeper into the camera it gets very involved as everything seems to be attached to the lens mount plate, Rangefinder self timer etc etc....
