35s, Voigtlander & Leica

Searched this pretty thoroughly and read lots of threads, but:
Has anyone tried the 35/2 M-Summicron (note the M, pre-ASPH) and the Voigtlander 35/2.5 PII side by side and posted pictures and comments?
If I missed the thread, how about a pointer? TIA

hm....this is something ive been wondering about in the back of my head too, even though im not a fan of voighlander lenses this pancake lens has a very intereresting image signature that I find pleasing, I guess my gear snobery is why I have not got one

Not quite side by side, but the 35 'cron (4th) replaced the PII for me. Sadly this happened about the time I stopped using 35 as my main FL so I haven't really got any worthwhile comparisons. All I can say is that the Skopar is very sharp and contrasty. The 'cron is a bit less "in your face". They are both very good lenses.
