Hello Everybody,
I have been trying to do a photo project that is close to my city (Nakhon Pathom), something that I can continue to re-vsit without getting on a plane or a very long bus ride, and something that I can have fun doing.
I started riding a train at 4 am that passes through my town, it is train #168 that starts in Southern Thailand and ends in Bangkok. I am about 90 minutes by train outside of Bangkok, so by the time I get on the train, most of the passengers are sleeping or are in some sort of disarray.
I started to shoot this project with my iPhone 6S and using an ollo clip attach on lens . The lens on the ollo clip is not very sharp and it can be clearly seen in some of my photos. I used my Leica M6 with XP2 a couple of times and the more I look at those photos, the more I like them.
I am still testing the waters and I am trying to decide what camera I will use to photograph this project.
feedback and comments are welcome.

Great idea. 4am? That's begging for Delta 3200 to bring out the feel and sensation of the scene if you shoot B&W or Cinestill 800 for colour.

It is not me to decide, which image taker is the best for it. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with attachment to the phone, it does the UWA job fine, but quality the phone sensor gives... is "meh" to me.

I love the first "RESERVED FOR MONKS" shot!
Michael, you might check out the iPhone app Obscura, a terrific monochrome camera app. I really love the images I get from it.

Photograph #4 captures it!
And when the eyes + faces are covered in cloth or bodies entwine, those are to the point, too.

Michael, this is pretty cool, recording something no one even thinks about!
Thank goodness you are considering using the M6! I hate using iPhones, the ergonomics, the form, the feel, everything! Where I might consider the digital Leica cameras, I like the M6 more.
The way I see it, enjoy the experience of a film project. Looks like there is little else to enjoy at 4am on the train!! Lol...
